Who We Are



Doreen Boxer is a Criminal Law Certified Specialist with 23 years of legal experience, in trial and appellate court, and has practiced  in state and federal jurisdictions. She is a member of the Bar in New York, Massachusetts, California and several federal jurisdictions.

Ms. Boxer is widely known for being a thorough and creative litigator dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals. She earned her B.S. in 1986 at New York University’s Stern School of Business, her J.D. in 1989 at Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law, and attended Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government where she earned a Certificate in Senior Executives in State and Local Government in 2007. Ms. Boxer is a published author, columnist, and has been a television commentator on legal issues.

 


Robert McLaughlin is a partner at Boxer McLaughlin, APC. Mr. McLaughlin has been an attorney for 23 years, and has litigated many high profile, multi-million dollar complex civil litigation matters, divorces, and child custody/visitation disputes. Mr. McLaughlin earned his B.A. at University of Massachusetts/Amherst in 1986 and his J.D. at Boston College Law School in 1989. In addition, Mr. McLaughlin has conducted more than one hundred civil,criminal, family law and dependency appeals.
